One of our core Principles at Texas Shade Factory is to serve our community, and part of that service is offering repairs. While we can't repair everything we promise that we will do our best. Please read through the following requirements and fill out the form so that we can get started fixing your blind or shade.

What We Can't Repair

  1. Blinds or shades with pull cord/cordlock systems. These are a liability and can't be serviced.
  2. Shades with damaged fabric.
  3. Window covering with multiple deteriorating parts.
  4. Texas Shade Factory reserves the right to refuse any repair after inspection.

What Happens Next?

  2. Our team at Texas Shade Factory will review the details and pictures to assess the repair.
  3. We will contact you to discuss the options and pricing (please allow 2–4 business days).

About the Window Covering

If you’ve removed the covering, there’s usually a sticker on the headrail with the order number and product info — include it in your description if available.

The Problem

Photos: Please email at least 2 photos (one of the full shade, one close-up of the issue) to Texshade@texasshadefactory.com with your name in the subject so we can match them to your request.

Not Tech Savvy?

Not Tech Savvy, can't send photos, or no clue what the problem is? No worries! Schedule a Repair Visit. We have a minimum trip charge of $125 depending on location. This includes the first hour of diagnosis, repair, and consultation. It is an additional $80 for each additional hour. These prices do not include parts or a second visit if parts need to be ordered.
