Motorized Shades

Motorized shades earn their keep on the windows you'd otherwise never touch. Tall stairwell glass, a row of clerestory windows, the slider you walk past forty times a day. Press a button or let a schedule run them, and the whole house adjusts without a cord in sight.

Battery, hardwired, or solar

Most retrofits use rechargeable battery motors, which means no electrician and no holes in the wall. If you're building or remodeling, we'll spec hardwired motors and rough them in before the drywall goes up. Either way the motors are quiet now, a long way from the grinding tubes people remember.

Works with what you already have

We set shades up to run on a handheld remote, a wall switch, or your phone. If you're on a smart-home platform, we'll get them talking to it, so a morning routine can raise the bedroom shades and a movie scene can drop the living room down. Nobody should have to wrestle five remotes.

Where we install

We're based at our showroom on McCullough Ave in San Antonio and handle the surrounding Hill Country. We've automated shades in homes around Stone Oak, the Dominion, Boerne, and New Braunfels. If your house is anywhere near San Antonio, motorization is on the table.
